PagerDuty Toolkit

The PagerDuty toolkit lets LLMs interact with PagerDuty's incident management platform via Arcade, enabling automated monitoring, triage, and response workflows.

Capabilities

  • Incident management: Retrieve individual incidents or list them with filters (status, urgency, service, team, time range); update incident status (acknowledge, resolve, reopen); reassign incidents to specific users.
  • On-call & scheduling: List on-call entries, schedules, and escalation policies (individually or in bulk) to understand coverage and routing.
  • Teams & users: List teams, list or search users by name/email (fuzzy matching), retrieve team details including members and linked resources, and fetch the authenticated user's own profile.
  • Services & activity: List or fetch individual services; query the account-wide activity feed (log entries) covering triggers, acknowledgments, escalations, and resolutions.

OAuth

This toolkit authenticates via OAuth 2.0 using PagerDuty as the identity provider. See the Arcade PagerDuty auth provider docs for setup instructions.
